Kaylee Smith

Kaylee Marie Smith serves as an Assistant Customer Service Representative at Guy Hurley, LLC. In her role, she supports the personal lines team by directing calls and assisting account managers with daily tasks. With over five years of customer service experience across multiple industries, Kaylee takes pride in identifying and meeting the unique needs of each client. A graduate of John Glenn High School, she was valedictorian of her class and a recipient of the John Phillip Sousa Leadership Award.

Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, reading, and exploring new crafting projects — especially crocheting scarves and blankets. She has a deep passion for music and plays four instruments, having spent eight years in band and performing with a community band during high school.
