Mark joined the agency in 2006 after spending 5 years with Safeco Surety (now Liberty Mutual Surety) as underwriter and territorial underwriting manager. He became a Guy Hurley shareholder in January of 2014. Mark has worked with clients of all sizes, bringing valuable experience in financial analysis to the agency, and adding property/casualty insurance as a core competency. Mark is a past officer of the Surety Association of Illinois, past board member of the Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association, and a committee chair for the Greater Detroit Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Mark holds a B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University.
